1. Our Return Policy

Because WELL 414 products are bottled beverages and consumable goods, returns may be limited for health, safety, and product-handling reasons. Please contact us before sending any product back.

2. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the packaging and affected products so that we can review the issue with you.

3. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the circumstances of the order and applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

Once an approved refund has been processed by WELL 414, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated by WELL 414, original shipping charges may not be refundable when an order is refunded.
